They had the best time! I knew Noli would love it, but each day it captured Rush a little more and that is truly a gift. On Thursday he said “do we come tomorrow?” “No this was the last one” “Aw but I want to come back” so genuinely- and this really was not up his alley nor something I would have expected him to say at all. He’s never been a crafter, doesn’t color or paint & struggles with fine motor. My secret hope in him going to Walden Pond was to find that he did like it/art/creating/making bc he’s certainly got a lot inside that could use channels of expression- and he did! He loved it! I’d be interested in signing them up during the year too! What a special place & team of people you have there 💛 Thanks for having them!

I cannot believe the semester is nearly over. Of all the things Liza does each week, Walden Pond is BY FAR her most favorite thing. You go above and beyond to make it SO special and fun!!

That cactus art she came home with was incredible. I’m always blown away by the things she comes home with. She always says “I can’t believe it’s 2 hours long. It goes by so fast mom”. She loves it there!

Both have been missing Walden Pond so much this past year. I have been meaning to write during the pandemic and say thanks for all you and your team do at Walden Pond. It’s such a special place and was missed tremendously by our family. The art my girls have made in previous classes has been plastered all over our house during the last year. It was our rotating background for Olive during virtual school.

Thank you for the best year!! Clara’s favorite day of the week is when she goes to Walden Pond….and she has all sorts of random animal knowledge to share with us at the dinner table. Thank you for the immense time you spend making it such a special place and the nurture and excitement you share with our kids. You and your precious art school are a huge blessing to our family. I am sure Alan will follow in his big sisters footsteps soon!
